I thought so too. And then I realized, I am paying for bottled water, and I was paying even more for bottled "alkaline" water which is chemically induced with baking soda. People in the know can own a machine that boosts your health and even if you finance will be done paying within a couple short years, or people can either continue paying for bottled water indefinitely which isn't even good for you. Ask yourselves, how much am I already paying for bottled water? And, how long do I plan on drinking water? 翻译

The machines all have a chlorine filter. Fluoride is filtered naturally by the ionization process and goes out the secondary acid water tube. Drinking water will have no fluoride in it! Really one of the most efficient ways to get rid of it! This is what a chemist friend of mine said about it:

A Kangen water ionizing machine sometimes encounters fluoridated water. When the fluoride ion enters the machine, it is attracted to the anode, since the electronegative fluoride ion is attracted to positive charges. At the anode the fluoride is in the acid side of the machine, where it is washed out with the wastewater. The fluoride does not go to the cathode side of the ionizer (the drinking water side). The Kangen water machine therefore acts as a natural filter for fluoride. 翻译
